Firstly let me say Happy Mothers Day to all those mums out there. I have been spoilt by Lili and Mr G today starting with breakfast in bed and some lovely homemade presents ands cards. I am a very lucky lady and so happy that i have such a lovely daughter and hubby.
Things in the Glover house have been so so busy these last few weeks and we have been moving Lili to a bigger bedroom which has meant moving furniture and stuff in 3 other bedrooms (never again!!). Her room is starting to look good now though so i'll post some pics when it is fully finished. All the housework has meant i have done very little crafting however i have managed to throw together a few projects..
First up is kitty... A While back i joined in a swap and my swap partner sent me a gorgeous little kitty. I loved it so much i asked for a copy of the tutorial so i could make one and hasn't she turned out cute..
I decided that seeing as my mum had been eyeing up my other one i would let her have this one so i made a wooden tag to go round the neck. If you want to make one here is the tutorial
Next up is the Mothers Day card i made for my mum. i also made one for my mother in law but forgot to take a pic before i posted it doh!
Last up is an Ipad case i made using some owl scrap i had. i have padded it with wadding to protect the Ipad when it is inside.
I added velcro squares to fasten it.
